2024-2025 Team Handbook

All members are encouraged to review our Team Handbook at the start of each season. This handbook contains important information from your coaches about their expectations and from the Board of Directors about the team policies. Many of your frequently asked questions are covered in the handbook!

New Swimmer Guide

For new swimmer families, we have created this guide that offers you tips on getting started on the swim team -  what to expect during practices and meets, descrptions of equipments and a list of common swimmer lingo you'll encounter!  We encourage new members to review thise guide when they join the team!

Athlete Progression Model

Upon joining the team, swimmers are placed into practice groups based on their initial assessment. They are periodically evaluated to review their skills and overall progression according to the Club's Athelte Progression Plan.  This plan lays out priorities for each practice group across four areas: Water Skills, Training, Development and Competition.  It includes specific goals for each group, as well as recommendations for practice and meet attendance. The plan defines minimum requirements for swimmers to be considered for the next level.
