Entries Due: 07/07/2025 11:59pm emailed to entries@swimhurricanes.com. Swimmers achieving a qualifying time standard at a meet between July 7 and July 13 will have until 3:00 p.m. on July 14 to submit new entries. See Meet Information above.
Coach Check In: The building will open at 1:30PM Thursday and 6:00AM Fri/Sat/Sun for COACHES and OFFICIALS. Help us expedite team check-in by pre-registering HERE. Please have each coach attending complete this form so we can have heat sheets, wristbands and dietary needs on file and ready for the weekend!

Facility Note: The Columbus Aquatic Center will open for COACHES and OFFICIALS 1 hour before warmups due to facility staffing requirements. Athletes and Spectators may enter 30 minutes before warmups. For your comfort, we encourage attendees to wait in their vehicles until this time. Parents should also note that the Columbus Aquatic Center maintains a closed pool deck, in compliance with USA Swimming policies. Only swimmers, coaches and officials may enter the pool deck. Locker rooms are reserved for youth athletes. Coaches and Officials should be prepared to show USAS credentials when they enter the pool deck and will be issued wrist bands at the Clerk of Course table.
Parking: Free parking is available in the adjacent city parking garage. Overflow parking is available on adjacent city properties after 4pm on Friday and on weekends. Click here for a parking map.
Spectators: Spectator seating is available on the second floor and offers good views of the competition pool throughout the facility. Filding chairs are not permitted in the lobby. All seating and facilities are indoors. however spectators and teams are allowed to set up tents and chairs in designated areas outside the facility. Restroom facilities are available for spectators on the second floor. (The first floor locker rooms are reserved for athletes and the deck restrooms are reserved for adult officials and volunteers, in accordance with USA Swimming Safe Sport practices.) An elevator for handicapped accessibility is located in the main lobby and handicapped seating is available in the second floor spectator area. Limited Concessions are available on site. A selection of food trucks will be available on site each day.
Volunteers: The Columbus Aquatic Club welcomes volunteers. Those interested in serving as a timer should contact the team at admin@swimhurricanes.com
Visiting Officials: The Columbus Aquatic Club welcomes visiting officials and apprentices and will appreciate help in officiating this competition. RSVP form link coming soon.
Inclement Weather Plan: Competition will continue during routine weather events, as determined by the Meet Host. Extreme storm activity in the immediate area, power outages, tornado warnings or similar, will result in a delay of meet, consistent with facility policies.
