Coach Check In: The building will open at 4pm Friday and 7:30am Sat/Sun.  Help us expedite team check-in by pre-registering here! Facility Note:  The Columbus Aquatic Center will open for meet attendees 30 minutes before warmups due to facility staffing requirements. For your comfort, we encourage attendees to wait in their vehicles until this time. Parents should also note that the Columbus Aquatic Center maintains a closed pool deck, in compliance with USA Swimming policies. Only swimmers, coaches and officials may enter the pool deck. Locker rooms are reserved for youth athletes.  Coaches and Officials should be prepared to show USAS credentials when they enter the pool deck and will be issued wrist bands at the Clerk of Course table.

Parking: Free parking is available in the adjacent city parking garage. Overflow parking is available on adjacent city properties after 4pm on Friday and on weekends.  Click here for a parking map.

Spectators: Spectator seating (benches and chairs) is available on the second floor and offers good views of the competition pool throughout the facility. All seating and facilities are indoors. Restroom facilities are available for spectators on the second floor. (The first floor locker rooms are reserved for athletes and the deck restrooms are reserved for adult officials and volunteers, in accordance with USA Swimming Safe Sport practices.) An elevator for handicapped accessibility is located in the main lobby and handicapped seating is available in the second floor spectator area. Limited Concessions are available on site.

Visiting Officials:  The Columbus Aquatic Club welcomes visiting officials and apprentices and will appreciate help in officiating this competition. To RSVP and request apprentice sessions: https://forms.office.com/r/B88aYudU9r   Shirt deadline is Mar 1.

Inclement Weather Plan: Competition will continue during routine weather events, as determined by the Meet Host. Extreme storm activity in the immediate area, power outages, tornado warnings or similar, will result in a delay of meet, consistent with facility policies.

Swim Shop and Meet Shirts:

Reddiset will be onsite for your swim gear and meet shirt needs!  Pre-Orders for shirts, hoodies, tank tops and more are available now! Pre-orders must be placed by 10am March 7th. Reddiset will have them ready for pick up at the meet!  No waiting in line for shirts to be pressed!
